Methods of correcting the results of quantitative analyses in X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy

Abstract

A method of reducing the error of component concentration calculation of a multicomponent system is proposed. The method is based on an iteration technique using tabulated sensitivity coefficients of elements and one standard sample.
