Summary

The role of self-heating in a current-carrying re-entrant thin-film superconductor in its ferromagnetic normal state is reviewed by considering the smeared normal-superconducting transitions observed in the system. Based on a simple heating model, the effect of this smearing on the current-voltage (I–V) characteristics of the system is studied. The results demonstrate that even on overly simplified analysis can strikingly reflect the salient features of the system including evolution of hysteresis in the nonlinearI–V curves and the behaviour under an external magnetic field or irradiation.

Si riesamina il ruolo dell’autoriscaldamento in un superconduttore a film sottile rientrante trasportatore di corrente, nel suo stato normale ferromagnetico considerando le transizioni a superconduzione normale appiattite osservate nel sistema. Basandosi su un semplice modello di riscaldamento, si studia l’effetto di questo appiattimento sulle caratteristiche corrente-voltaggio (I–V) del sistema. I risultati dimostrano che anche un’analisi oltremodo semplificata può riflettere in maniera sorprendente i comportamenti salienti del sistema, compresa l’evoluzione d’isteresi nelle curveI–V non lineari ed il comportamento sotto l’azione di un campo magnetico esterno o d’irradiazione.

Эаново исследуется роль саморазогревания при протекании тока через тонкую пленку сверхпроводника в ферромагнитном нормальном состоянии, рассматривая переходы мереходы между размытым нормальным и сверхпроводящим состояниями, наблюденные в системе. На основе простой модели нагревания исследуется влияние размывания на вольт-амперные характеристики системы. Полученные результаты показывают, что даже чрезмерно упрощенный анализ позволяет объяснить главные особенности системы, включая эволюцию гисторезиса в нелинейных кривых зависимости тока от напряжения и поведения во внешнем магнитном поле или под облучением.
