The generation problems in composite models of leptons and quarks

Summary

A possible solution to the generation problem—theS 3 excitation—is studied. AS 3 excitation from the symmetric ground state to the mixed symmetrics-wave state is found in the π-N resonance spectrum, in which theS 3 excitation is lower than the firstp-wave excitation. For the composite models of leptons and quarks with spinless dyons as constituents, we get three spin-1/2 light generations. There are not difficulties with spin-3/2 composites and μ→eγ etc. Spin-statistics theorem is also satisfied.
