Production, market and consumption of the agri-food products in Romania

La producción, el mercado y el consumo de productos agroalimentarios en Rumanía

Abstract

Production, market and consumption are specific characteristics of each country, features that are acquired during centuries as result of having very different historical paths. Romania is a historical part of countries with substantial economical discrepancy.

In that particular context, it is shown that the strategies of production development and of consumption improvement must take care of economical and social particularities. There are presented and analyzed some concrete information regarding the evolution of production, market and consumption during the transition period Romania is now experienced.

Resumen

Producción, mercado y consumo forman parte de las caracterósticas especóficas de cada país, habiíndose conformado durante siglos como consecuencia de los diferentes devenires y circunstancias históricas particulares. En este sentido, Rumanió viene formando parte históricamente del grupo de paóses con sustanciales discrepancias en el piano económico.

En este contexto tan particular queda demostrado que las estrategias para el desarrollo de la producción y la mejora del consumo deben tener en cuenta las correspondientes peculiaridades económicas y sociales. En este orden de cosas, en el presente artóculo se plantean y analizan diferentes aspectos de la informatión disponible acerca de la evolutión de la producción, el mercado y el consumo durante el peróodo de transición que Rumanóa se encuentra en la actualidad experimentando.
