Verification of mass shell Ward identities for gluons in the axial gauge

Summary

The one-gluon-loop contributions to the mass shell renormalization constants in the gluonic sector of quantum chromodynamics are considered in the axial gauge. By means of dimensional regularization it is demonstrated explicitly that these contributions satisfy the general Ward identities proven in a previous work. In fact, all one-gluon-loop corrections vanish on the mass shell.

I contributi ad un cappio gluonico alle costanti di rinormalizzazione dello strato delle masse nel settore gluonico della cromodinamica quantistica sono considerati nel gauge assiale. Per mezzo di regolarizzazione dimensionale, si dimostra in maniera esplicita che questi contributi soddisfano le identità di Ward generali provate in un precedente lavoro. Infatti tutte le correzioni a un cappio gluonico tendono ad annullarsi sullo strato delle masse.

В аксиальной калибровке рассматриваются вклады одноглуонных петель в перенормировочные константы на массовой поверхности в глуонном секторе квантовой хромодинамики. Используя размерную регуляризацию, явно показывается, что эти вклады удовлетворяют тождествам Уорда, доказанным в предыдущей работе. Действительно, все поправки, связанные с одноглуонными петлями, обращаются в нуль на массовой поверхности.
