The free Riemann-Green's function of the inverse problem of scattering theory

Summary

A closed expression for the free Riemann-Green's function of the inverse problem of scattering theory is obtained which is rigorously valid for arbitrary complex angular momentuml. An estimate (from above) for this function is given. The spectral representation of the free Riemann-Green's function which was formally obtained in a previous paper is rigorously derived.
