Xeroderma pigmentosum: A giant malignant melanoma

Summary

A case of xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) with a giant malignant melanoma of the lower lip in a 14-year-old male is reported. The tumor was excised. The patient has a three year follow-up and has no local recurrence or metastasis.
