Summary
Twenty-three cases of Indian childhood cirrhosis were studied. Clinical, biochemical and histopathological features and growth pattern are presented. Ther was retardation of growth in a majority of the cases, but the degree of retardation both anthropometrically and skeletal aged wise, did not correlate either with severite of the disease or with the type of onset of the disease.
