Souhrn

V práci jsou srovnávány některé morfologické, biologické a biochemické vlastnosti acidoresistentních a neacidoresistentních forem Mycobacterium phlei. Ukázalo se, ze získaný neacidoresistentní kmen M. phlei se mikroskopicky, kultivačně i svými kvasnými vlastnostmi velmi podobá acidoresistentnímu kmenu. Nově získané kmeny jsou navzájem velmi blízké i serologicky. Dále je studována citlivost acidoresistentních a neacidoresistentních kmenů M. phlei k penicilinu, streptomycinu a viomycinu.

Резюме

В работе сравниваютс я некоторые морфолог ические, биологические и биох имические свойства кислотоупо рных и некислотоупор ных штаммов Mycobacterium phlei. Оказалось что полученный нами неки слотоупорный штамм Mycobacterium phlei по своим микроскопичес ким, культивационным и бр одильным свойствам в есьма похож на кислотоупорный шт амм. Полученные нами новы е штаммы очень близки друг к другу и серологически. Прод олжает изучаться чувствите льность кислотоупор ных и некислотоупорных шт аммов М. phlei к пенициллин у, стрептомицину и виом ицину.

Summary

The authors compared certain morphological, biological and chemical properties of acid-fast and non-acid-fast strains ofMycobacterium phlei. It was found that the microscopic, cultivation and fermentation properties of the non-acid-fast strain ofM. phlei closely resemble those of the acidfast strain. The newly obtained strains are also very similar to one another serologically. The authors further studied the sensitivity of acid-fast and non-acid-fast strains ofM. phlei to penicillin, streptomycin and viomycin.
