Summary
An axial symmetric configuration of SO2-invariant Q matter is studied in a background of Ernst space-time. Though the model studied represents the simplest model possible, it is suggestive of how Q-matter-like configurations might appear in the atmosphere of a black hole immersed in a uniform magnetic field.
