Abstract
Both qualitative and quantitative representation of monosaccharides of autotrophically and heterotrophically cultivated algaChlorella kessleri was determined. Potysaccharides obtained after separation of lipids from the alga were subjected to amylolysis and hydrolysis. Individual monosaccharides were determined in the form of per-O-acetylalditols using the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
