Spontaneous segregation of a heterozygous diploid ofAspergillus niger

Abstract

A case of spontaneous segregation of a heterozygous diploid was observed withAspergillus niger, giving rise to a somatic recombinant. Assuming an independence of markers, its genotype is suggested to bebrw+lys pab+brw lys+pab.
