Abstract

В целом ряде опытов тестирования образцов на присутствие стимуляторов лимонного сбраживания наиболее удобным методом использования преформированного мицелия оказался такой прием, при котором 4-дневный мицелий, вырашенный на минеральной питательной среде, подливали основной средой для подливания с примесью исследуемого вещества.
