Treatment of cervical type of cervical spondylosis with electroacupuncture therapy

Abstract

Needling bilateral Fengchi (GB 20), Dazhu (BL 11), and the affected cervical vertebrae Jiaji (Ex-B 2), after qi arrival, the needles were connected with electric acupuncture apparatus. With these methods, 52 cases of cervical type of cervical spondylosis were treated. Twenty-eight cases were cured, 17 cases improvement, 7 cases no effect, and the total effective rate was 86.5%.
