Treatment of oligospermia by acupuncture in 39 cases

Abstract

Thirty-nine men with oligospermia were treated by needling Qihai (CV 6) through Guanyuan (CV4), Shenshu (BL 23) through Mingmen (GV 4), and by routinely needling Ciliao (BL 32), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Ligou (LR 5), Taixi (KI 3) and Taichong (LR 3). Twenty-one cases got cure, 10 cases improvement and 8 cases failure, and the total effective rate was 79.5%.
