Professor LUO Yong-fen was born in December 1940 and graduated from Chengdu University of TCM in 1964. She is now a professor and supervisor of doctoral candidate of Chengdu University of TCM, an expert receiving special allowance, one of the first session of famous TCM doctors in Sichuan province, vice-president of Sichuan Society of Acupuncture & Moxibustion and a member of acupuncture clinical committee. She has been engaged in acupuncture practice, teaching and scientific research for 41 years, and aims at studying the clinical application and laws of meridian and acupoints, with great attainments in acupuncture theory and practice.
