DU Xiao-shan, senior consult doctor, visiting professor of Nanjing University of TCM, tutor of the successor of senior TCM experts' experience, and he is granted the special allowance of State Department
Mr. DU Xiao-shan has been engaged in medical practice for more than sixty years. He has a good command of medical theories and excellent skills of clinical practice. Diagnostically, he combines syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation; therapeutically, he prescribes acupoints and needling techniques in accordance with the etiology and pathogenesis. Especially, he develops and refines some needling techniques on the basis of the classic ones, which are of great value in his clinical practice. I have been following Mr. DU for a long time and achieved certain success. I now present several proven prescriptions below.
