Abstract
The present paper reports 12 species of genusPericlimenes, subfamily Pontoniinae, collected from Hainan Island, South China Sea, by the Joint Chinese-German Marine Biology Expeditions, in which,Periclimenes consobrinus andP. tenuipes are new records from Chinese waters, andPericlimenes amymone, P. holthuisi, P. soror, andP. toloensis are recorded for the first time from Hainan Island.
