Summary
The Lehmann-Källén representation for three-point functions involving a soft pion has been derived and applied to various processes including π0→2γ decay. The integrally-charged-quark model is preferred but the model of Cabibboet al. gives the incorrect sign for the matrix element of π0→2γ decay.
