Abstract

A different system of training and education for various levels of health manpower has been involved in Nepal. All levels of health workers are being trained in one institution, which will have greater chances for better cooperation and understanding among the health workers at different levels. In addition this system is likely to offer greater opportunity for higher training, education and better job opportunity for workers at all levels of health care.
