Wayne, M.A.—Is the Executive Director of the Center for Education and Manpower Resources, Inc., and principal investigator for the NIMH Grant #1 T24 MH 15912, a three-year study entitled “Identifying and Reducing Burnout in Mental Health Settings”. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the Center for the past 10 years and has been active in training and consultation in organizational development for human services and private industry since participating in the founding of the organization.
MacMillan, Thomas F., Ed.D.—Is the senior staff research consultant with the Center and faculty member at Mendocino College, Ukiah, Calif. His prior research activities have been in hgiher education and student services. His work on college dropouts has been published in the COMMUNITY AND JUNIOR COLLEGE JOURNAL and in other professional publications.
