Summary
A total of 100 cases of hepatomegaly in children have been studied by liver biopsy. The common lesions were fatty change of a variable degree, cirrhosis and kwashiorkor. Three cases of military tubercles and one case of leukaemic infiltration in the liver were seen. A rare case of lipoid storage disease has also been noted
