John Carver, a governance and management consultant and executive director of Quinco Consulting Center, Columbus, Indiana, has directed mental health programs for twelve years. He helped found the National Council of Community Mental Health Centers and served as its President for two terms. He holds B.S., M.Ed., and Ph.D. degrees in business, economics, education and clinical psychology.
