Rogers, Guy A.—Deputy Director for Support Services, Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center, Lawton, Oklahoma, presented this paper at the 1982 Annual Meeting in Hyannis. After completing his undergraduate studies at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY, he served in the U.S. Army for over thirty-three years. Subsequents studies resulted in an MSE degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA degree from the University of Louisville.
