Cohen, Melvin, Ed.D., F.A.A.M.A.—is Vice President, Psychiatric Facilities, Universal Health Svs., Inc. He is chairman of the Federation of American Hospitals, Psychiatric Hospitals Subcommittee. Dr. Cohen is a former Director of the Arbour Psychiatric Hospital in Boston, MA, and previously a Regional Administrator for the Mass. Dept. of Mental Health. He is the author or co-author of six books and sixty-one articles and has lectured extensively nationally and internationally.
