Summary
Using the results of the calculation in Part I, a method suggested by Chew is applied to low-energy π-A scattering in order to relate the residues of the true Σ and true Y1* poles. The result is γY1*≈3/4γΣ; this numerical relation is in rough agreement with the numbers used in Part I and with experimental information now available for these residues.
