Time-dependent perturbation theory to all orders: an application to scattering and decay problems

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento B (1971-1996)

Summary

The explicit calculation of the general term in time-dependent perturbation expansions is performed, so recovering theS matrix of the scattering theory and the Lorentz lineshape of decaying systems. The differences between scattering and decay problems are discussed.
