Edwin B. Feldman, P.E. Mr. Feldman is the founder and president of Service Engineering Associates, Inc., a firm of professional engineers specializing in physical facilities consulting and training: Custodial Maintenance, and Energy Management. In 1960, he developed the concept of the application of industrial engineering techniques to custodial operations. Author of over 150 articles in technical journals; contributing editor to Custodial Management Magazine. Received a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. He received the Distinguished Achievement Award, Educational Press Association of America, 1974. Outstanding Service Award, National Society of Professional Engineers, 1967.
