Program evaluators: Are they manageable?

Abstract

Problems in having effective evaluation component are widely discussed in evaluation and mental health literature. This paper proposes that those management techniques effective with other professionals are appropriate when dealing with evaluators. Particular emphasis has been given to the linking-pin approach that establishes a formal relationship between evaluation and administration.
