Summary
Except for Δ(1236), evidence for isobar production is observed in the |I z|=1/2 state at ∼ 1500 MeV and ∼ 1700 MeV mainly in ππN mass distributions. They are enhanced if we required a πN mass combination in the Δ(1236). The decay characteristics favorI=1/2 for both. The decay angular distributions favorJ≥3/2 for both peaks. Our peaks most likely correspond to D13(1520) and F13(1690) of the phase-shift analysis results. There is no evidence for any resonance production in the πππN mass distributions.
