Abstract
Calorimetric measurements of barley-straw-grownPleurotus showed that energy losses during its life cycle are about 35%. Biological efficiency calculated from the specific energy of products amounts to about 23% of the whole process. From 1000 J of plant input 231 J builds intoPlenurotus fruit bodies, of this 111 J intoPleurotus proteins.
