Summary

The interaction of an electron plasma with a strong high-frequency electromagnetic field is studied by means of the Stratonovich stochastic method. A hierarchy of equations is carried out. An expansion in powers of a small dimensionless parameter is used to break this hierarchy. A set of two kinetic equations governing the system is obtained.
