Nitrogen balance studies in infants fed infant food based on groundnut flour

Summary

Nine newborn babies were fed on experimental food based on groundnut flour, and a control food based on skim milk solids. They were fed at varying levels of protein and the net protein utilisation calculated. NPU was similar in both the groups and none of the babies exhibited any untoward reaction.
