Some notes on thermonuclear reactors

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento (1955-1965)

Summary

This article is based on the second part of a series of lectures for postgraduate students in this University, and assumes a knowledge of the elementary principles of plasma physics. It is aimed to give both a description of the present achievements in this field and some critical discussion of the principles involved in the various types of machines. Constructional details of the deprinciples involved in the various types of machines. Constructional details of the devices mentioned in the article can be found in the references.
