Summary
Milk from an uncovered heifer is slightly richer in total solids, total protein, albumin, phosphorus and iron content but it is somewhat poorer in its casein content than ordinary average milk.
As regards total nutritive value of the milk from the uncovered heifer, it can be definitely asserted that it is in no way inferior to the average ordinary milk, if not slightly better.
