Summary

The polarizing temperature 178 °C is used to prepare the thermoelectret of PVC SR111 at four different polarizing fields from 5 kV/cm to 20 kV/cm and at three different polarizing times from 4 h to 12 h. The charge decay curves have been studied for about 15 days in each case. The study reveals that there are three types of charges which contribute for the charge density of the thermoelectret.

Si adotta la temperatura di polarizzazione di 178°C per preparare il termoelettreto di PVC SR11 a quattro diversi campi polarizzatori da 5 kV/cm a 20 kV/cm e a tre differenti tempi di polarizzazione da 4 a 12 ore. Si sono studiate le curve di decadimento della carica per circa 15 giorni in ciascun caso. Questo studio rivela che vi sono tre tipi di cariche che contribuiscono alla densità di carica del termoelettreto.

Использовалась поля ризующая температур а 178 °С для приготовления термо-электрета PVC SR11 при четырех различных поляризующих полях о т 5 kV/см до 20 kV/см и при трех разли чных поляризующих вр еменах от 4ч. до 12 ч. Были исследованы кривые р аспада заряда в течен ие 15 дней для каждого случая. Иссле дование показывает, что сущес твуют три типа зарядо в, которые дают вклад в плотность заряда тер мо-электрета.
