Abstract
Two methods for determination of intrapellet ligninolytic activity were tested. Kinetic measurement of veratraldehyde that had diffused from pellets into the buffer solution at several time points gives higher results and is considered more reliable than a single measurement of enzyme diffusion from the pellets after a fixed time interval.
