Summary
We have investigated, by means of partial photonuclear sum rules, whether the widely used3He wave function which comprises,S, S′ andD states (Schiff w.f.), given in terms of Gaussian functions, is capable of explaining the experimental equality\gs \t-1(d,p)=\gs \t-1(p,pn).
