Es wird eine Saug-Spüldränage für den Brustraum beschrieben.

Mit diesem Verfahren ist eine allen mechanischen Anforderungen genügende methodische Behandlung der Brustfelleiterung erreicht.

Ihre Vorteile sind: Größere Annehmlichkeit und Behaglichkeit für den Kranken.

Wesentliche Abkürzung der Behandlungsdauer.

Gute Entfaltung der Lunge und dadurch größere Sicherung vor Empyemresthöhlen.
