Die „Freiburger fußplatte“ beim fixateur externe ara unterschenkel

Abstract

Die „Freiburger Fußplatte“ hat sich bei uns bei der Anwendung des Fixateur externe bei Unterschenkelfrakturen mit Weiehteilsehaden sehr bewährt. Über ein entsprechendes Verbindungssystem ist sie universell bei jeder Montageform des Fixateur externe einfach zu montieren und für die Physiotherapie zu demontieren. Der besondere Vorteil ist das leichte Gewicht, die universelle Anwendbarkeit, besonders beim unilateralen Fixateur externe. Diese Fußplatte läßt sich jederzeit auch postoperativ an den schon liegenden Fixateur externe anbringen, ohne daß Änderungen der Montage notwendig sind.

Abstract

In our department, the Freiburg foot plate has been a very valuable instrument in external fixation of fractures of the leg with soft tissue injuries. An appropriate connection system allows an easv mounting and demounting for physiotherapeutic purposes in case of every application method of external fixation. Furthermore, this foot plate can be connected without anv changes to an already existing external fixation at any time after the operation.
