Hemimelia with multiple visceral anomalies and eventration

Summary

A case of hemimelia in a stillbirth is reported. There were several associated malformations. The anterior abdominal wall was absent, leading to a large hernia containing liver and gut, which showed a reversed rotation.

There was only one umbilical artery. The right kidney and ureter were absent. The left kidney was large and cystic. The bladder was solid. The sex was indeterminate.
