Zusammenfassung

Technik und Ergebnisse des Distraktions-Gipsverbandverfahrens zur Behandlung von Knochenbrüchen werden beschrieben. Die Methode ergibt bessere Resultate als die Dauerextension, ist dieser in vieler Hinsicht überlegen und hat sie in der hiesigen Klinik fast völlig verdrängt.
