Zusammenfassung

Habituelle Subluxation des Radiusköpfchens nach hinten infolge isolierter Zerreißung des Ringbandes. Durch eine durch die Ulna geführte und um den Radiushals gelegte Fascienschlinge wird das Lig. annulare radii funktionell ersetzt und die Subluxation mit besten Erfolg beseitigt.
