Versuch, die Myotonie als Folge einer Hypofunktion des Thymus zu deuten.

Nach Thymektomie kann es, wohl infolge AnhÄufung parasympathischer Reizstoffe, zu gestörter Peristaltik und zur Entstehung von Darminvaginationen kommen.
