Neutrino-electron elastic scattering and stellar energy loss through electron-positron pair annihilation in the magnetic model

Summary

In considering the system of two Dirac-particle interactions via their charges and anomalous magnetic moments, we calculate the differential and total cross-sections of the processes e−+ν→e−+ν and the energy loss due to e-+e+→→v+\(\bar v\). We find the correction (addition terms) arising from the magnetic moment of the electron and get results which parallel results found by Barutet al.
