Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Die Thrombinabbaureaktion nachLenggenhager wurde einer breiten Prüfung auf klinische Brauchbarkeit unterworfen.

  2. 2.

    Die Thrombinabbaureaktion ist ebensowenig wie die Blutgerinnungszeitbestimmungen nachDyckerhoff, Gossens, Schwandke oder nachFonio in der Lage, eine prÄoperative Indikation zur systematischen Thromboseprophylaxe zu vermitteln.

  3. 3.

    Die Möglichkeiten und die Methoden der Heparinprophylaxe werden geschildert.

  4. 4.

    Die Parathrodymprophylaxe dürfte dank der einfacheren Technik und ihrer lÄngeren Wirksamkeit der Heparinprophylaxe überlegen sein.

  5. 5.

    Die Dosierung des Parathrodyms wird auf Grund von breiten Untersuchungen festgelegt.
