Diagnostische Schwierigkeiten der Brusttumoren, besonders des primitiven Lungenkrebses

Betrachtungen über ihre chirurgische Behandlung

Zusammenfassung

1. Der primäre Lungenkrebs stellt ein diagnostisches Problem gegenüber allen Lungen-, mediastinalen und Brustwanderkrankungen dar.

2. Für die Frühdiagnose der Krankheit ist Röntgenuntersuchung, in Verbindung mit den klinischen Symptomen, sehr nützlich.

3. Kommen Zweifel auf, so ist die Probethorakotomie das einzig sichere und das wirksamste Hilfsmittel.

4. Die Lobektomie ist die Methode der Wahl.

5. Nach Lobektomie spielen die infektiösen und mechanischen Folgen einer entstehenden Bronchusfistel eine große Rolle und führen zum Exitus.

6. Die Lungenwurzeldrüsen sind nicht immer mitergriffen, besonders bei nicht sehr fortgeschrittenen Fällen.
