Zusammenfassung

1. Große Oberlippendefekte können durch die in der Arbeit beschriebene Plastik mit gutem kosmetischem Ergebnis ersetzt werden.

2. Die Plastik wird am besten zweizeitig ausgeführt.

3. Unschöne Lippen nach Hasenschartenoperationen lassen sich durch die mitgeteilte Plastik verbessern.
