Zusammenfassung

Beobachtung einer recht seltenen traumatisch bedingten subcutanen Zerrei\ung der Muskelsubstanz des linken Biceps bei einem muskelkrÄftigen Mann. Behandlung mittels Excision des röhrenförmigen Narbenstranges, Muskelnaht und Verbindung beider Muskelbauchteile durch eine Cutislasche. Guter funktioneller Erfolg (LinkshÄnder !) : Mit Hilfe der Cutisplastik ist die einheitliche Funktion des Muskels wieder ermöglicht. Empfehlung derselben bei Ähnlichen FÄllen.
