Zur Frage der Transmineralisation beim Dünndarmverschluß

Zusammenfassung

1. Der vonHäbler charakterisierten Durstacidosis kommt ein bestimmtes Gesamtblutionenbild zu. — 2. Auch dem Ileus ist ein bestimmtes Verhalten der Blutreaktionen charakteristisch. Gegensätze zur Durstacidosis. — 3. Der Verlust der Mineralien beim Ileus erfolgt mit der Galle und dem Pankreassekret in den verschlossenen Darm, von wo sie nur sehr mangelhaft rückresorbiert werden und durch Erbrechen verloren gehen. — 4. Das spezifische Blutionenbild ist Folge der durch das Ileustoxin gestörten Regulationsfähigkeit des Mineralstoffwechsels seitens der Leber und des Pankreas. — 5. Die Therapie der Kochsalzinfusion wird empfohlen. Ihre Grenzen werden dargelegt.
